School Procedures
Introduction
Sri Lankan School, Doha - Qatar offers a comprehensive and academically organized international curriculum. It is our intention to provide a stimulating and exciting academic programme upholding the school motto “STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE”. The entire education programme includes both curricular and co-curricular activities focused on the FOUR PILLARS of education for the 21st century as expressed by the UNECSO.

LEARNING TO LIVE
LEARNING TO DO
LEARNING TO KNOW
LEARNING TO BE

Particular attention is paid to develop the student’s natural curiosity that instills in them a desire to learn. Special emphasis is placed on developing the student’s critical faculties of thought, and cultivating empathy forwards others who come from different national and cultural backgrounds.

It is our desire to challenge our students to be intellectually capable and socially concerned individuals. This handbook, though not all-inclusive, is intended to inform parents and students of how our school operates, in order to establish and sustain the expected standards of The Sri Lankan School.
